I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at Macs Barbershop . Our visit ended with the staff denying service to a special needs child despite us calmly explaining the situation
Rather than showing patience or understanding they were combative and aggressive . There was no effort to offer a reasonable alternative or show basic compassion.
Business that are open to the public should be prepared to treat all customers with signify including children with disabilities.
This experience left us feeling embarrassed, hurt and excluded
Until this business demonstrates better training , awareness and empathy towards individuals with special needs I cannot recommend and instead warn others !
Avoid them !

π’πππ is an amazing barber. Environment is chill and she gives outstanding customer service. The shop is very clean and I like the personal space compared to the tailored big shops. Thank you for cutting my hair and Iβll be coming back.

Stef is awesome! We found her by chance and so glad we did. My son was in need of a new barber we could evolve with for his hair style as he grows up and she was completely down to work with us on coming up with a new style that fits him perfectly. Her spot is fun and comfortable. She even had some creative stuff for my 5 year old daughter to keep busy. Highly recommended Stef for creative and detailed cuts !

π’πππ is an excellent barber and person, who genuinely listens to what you ask for. If youβre unclear, she will ask for more information so that itβs the correct haircut for you, something that all too often is missed by other barbers. Five stars!

First time customer.
I wanted to gate keep this, because i know once words got out she will be booked all the time. But she is the first barber that got what i want. On first try and that says a lot.
A very nice and private space and a nice view from the chair. She checks with me every once a while to see if we are heading the right direction and the only barber who lets me face the mirror. ( i know it sounds silly but it makes a difference)
I love how it turned out.
